Microsoft Agent 365 เป็น Control Plane สำหรับ AI Agents ที่ช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถ ค้นหา ตรวจสอบ จัดการ กำกับดูแล และรักษาความปลอดภัย AI Agents จากศูนย์กลาง รองรับทั้ง Agents ที่สร้างด้วย Microsoft และ Agents จาก Partner หรือ Third Party เพื่อช่วยให้องค์กรนำ AI Agents มาใช้งานในระดับ Enterprise ได้อย่างมีการควบคุมและกำกับดูแล

คุณสมบัติเด่น

• Centralized Agent Management – บริหารจัดการ AI Agents จากศูนย์กลางผ่าน Microsoft Admin Center
• Agent Registry – แสดง Inventory ของ AI Agents ภายในองค์กรจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ
• Agent Observability – ตรวจสอบการใช้งานและกิจกรรมของ AI Agents พร้อม Usage Insights
• Agent Governance – กำหนด Policies และควบคุม Lifecycle ของ AI Agents ตั้งแต่การสร้าง การใช้งาน จนถึงการยกเลิก
• Agent Identity & Access Control – ใช้ Microsoft Entra เพื่อจัดการ Identity และควบคุมการเข้าถึงของ Agents

สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

• รูปแบบ Subscription License แบบ Per User
• Agent 365 Standalone สามารถซื้อแยกเป็น Add-on ได้
• Microsoft Agent 365 รวมอยู่ใน Microsoft 365 E7
• License ผูกกับ User ที่ใช้งาน จัดการ เป็นเจ้าของ หรือ Sponsor AI Agents ไม่ได้คิด License แยกตามจำนวน Agent
• ผู้ใช้ที่ต้องการใช้งานความสามารถ Premium ของ Agent 365 ต้องมี License ที่เหมาะสม
• ลูกค้าที่มี Microsoft Cloud Subscription สามารถใช้งานความสามารถพื้นฐานบางส่วน เช่น Agent Identity, Agent Registry และ Basic Usage Insights ได้โดยไม่ต้องซื้อ Agent 365 เพิ่ม
• ความสามารถขั้นสูง เช่น Advanced Observability, Agent Lifecycle Management, Security Posture Management, Threat Detection และ Data Security Controls ต้องใช้ Agent 365 License
